How is pricing determined?
Membership tiers are based on the number of physicians in your practice. This ensures fair access to resources while maintaining the high-touch, boutique nature of our network.
Can I upgrade my tier later?
Absolutely. As your practice grows, you can upgrade to a higher tier at any time. We'll prorate your existing membership and adjust accordingly.
What's included in "Ops Leaders" seats?
Each tier includes seats for your operational leadership team — practice managers, COOs, administrators. They receive full access to Ops Calls, the PPA App, and networking events.
Is there a contract or commitment?
Memberships are billed annually. We offer monthly payment options for convenience, but the commitment is year-to-year. Most members renew — our retention rate exceeds 94%.
What if I have more than 40 physicians?
For organizations with 40+ physicians, we create custom Enterprise+ arrangements. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
