By accessing or using the PPA.Health platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Membership Eligibility
Membership in the Private Physicians Alliance is restricted to independent medical practitioners, practice administrators, and approved strategic partners. We reserve the right to revoke membership at any time for conduct that violates our ethical guidelines or compromises the integrity of our data protocols.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Macbach PPA and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
4. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
