The Sovereign Mandate

The Private Physicians Alliance was founded in 2017 to counter the consolidation of healthcare. As private equity firms and hospital systems acquire practices at an unprecedented rate, the autonomy of the physician is systematically eroded.

By 2025, over 30% of primary care practices had been absorbed into corporate structures. The pattern is predictable: acquisition, standardization, optimization for margin — not care.

PPA exists to break this pattern. We provide the scale, leverage, and intelligence of a large health system without the loss of sovereignty. We are the shield that allows you to remain independent.
